This study aimed to identify the effect of using a website on learning to write and call for individual physical exercises among students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Mutah University, and the researchers used the semi-experimental approach. They were chosen by the intentional method and divided into two groups by random method, a control group consisting of (18) students who were taught in the traditional way, and an experimental group consisting of (18) students who were taught using the website, for a period of six weeks, with three meetings per week, the duration of each meeting (60) minutes. The two researchers designed a website to teach the method of writing individual exercises and the method of calling for them, and the cognitive test was used as a tool to collect data from the study sample, and the results of the study concluded that the use of the website to learn, write and call for exercise by three meetings per week, for a period of six weeks, it has a positive effect on learning, writing and calling individual exercises. The study recommended the use of websites in teaching and writing individual exercises in physical education.
