Journal Policy

  1. Accepted papers are published free of charge.
  2. Authors and coauthors must sign a declaration that the manuscript has not been submitted or under consideration elsewhere.
  3. The editorial board will evaluate all papers before sending them for revision.
  4. All papers will be subjected to Plagiarism. If the percent of plagiarism exceeds 20%, the papers will be rejected.
  5. The Editorial board might send the papers back to the authors before the revision to make necessary corrections.
  6. All papers will be subjected to double-blind peer revision.
  7. Authors are obliged to follow citation rules and publication ethics according to the journal policy. The editorial board has the right to reject any paper and announce that the authors did not follow scientific ethics.
  8. According to the journal policy, the editorial board has the right to ask the authors to rewrite the paper or any part of it.
  9. The editorial board will inform authors if their papers are rejected without explaining the reasons for rejection.
  10. Rejected papers will not be accepted for a second submission.
  11. Submitted paper will not be returned to authors if accepted or rejected.
  12. Authors can check the status of their papers online.
  13. Authors can inquire about the papers online, .the editorial board should answer no phone calls.
  14. The editorial board should choose publication priorities.
  15. Authors are responsible for the opinions presented in the papers.
  16. Authors should write a note if the papers are a part of an MSc or Ph.D. thesis.
  17. Appendices will not be published.
  18. The editorial board has the right to ask the authors to make any edits on their papers after acceptance.
  19. The editorial board has the right to reject any paper if the authors did not make any revisions or do not follow publication ethics.
  20. The journal regrets not considering any paper that does not follow its policy or does not follow scientific ethics rules.
