The study aimed to analyze the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on the sustainability of educational programs in Palestinian universities, with a particular focus on the role of organizational agility as a mediating variable. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical quantitative approach, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data from a sample consisting of administrative staff in five Palestinian public universities. A comprehensive survey method was employed to cover the entire study population, which included a total of 80 male and female employees. The results indicated a positive and statistically significant impact at a significance level of 0.05 for GHRM in enhancing the sustainability of educational programs and institutional agility in Palestinian universities. Furthermore, institutional agility showed a positive mediating effect on the relationship between GHRM and the sustainability of educational programs. The findings revealed that Palestinian universities have achieved high levels of sustainability in their educational programs and institutional agility, reflecting their flexibility and adaptability to challenges. The study recommends increasing the sample size and diversity to include all Palestinian governmental and private universities and conducting comparative studies with universities in other countries, focusing on external influencing factors. Additionally, it calls for longitudinal studies to monitor developments in GHRM and the sustainability of educational programs, as well as exploring additional variables such as university leadership and technological innovation to enhance sustainability.
