Abstract

:  The study aimed to reveal the level of satisfaction of the eleventh-grade students with the experience of e-learning through Google Classroom platform in during Covid-19 pandemic: the experience of the Asiyah bint Muzahim School as a model. The study used the descriptive approach, the study followed a descriptive research design. A questionnaire was designed to measure the level of satisfaction of eleventh-grade students with the experience of e-learning via the Google Classroom platform during Covid-19 pandemic: the experience of the Asiyah Bint Muzahim School as a model. The tool consisted of (18) items. The sample of the study consisted of (97) female students from Asiya Bint Muzahim School and it was distributed over five study groups.  The study found that the level of satisfaction of the eleventh-grade students with the experience of e-learning through the Google Classroom platform during Covid-19 pandemic: the experience of the Asiyah bint Muzahim School as a model, was of a medium degree, as its mean score was reached (3.06), and there were no differences attributed to the study groups’ level of female students' satisfaction with e-learning. The study had several recommendations, the most important of which is to provide clear guidelines according to specific steps to help students deal with distance-learning platforms, so that a student can use the platform without the need for guides. These guidelines should include answers to the most important questions that students can ask, and solutions to the most prominent challenges that can encounter students during the distance-learning experience.
