Abstract

This research aims to reveal the extent of grade 12 students having the future skills from the point of view of school principals in A Sharqya North Governorate. It also aims to get to know the extent of having statistically significant differences of grade 12 students having the future skills that is affected by students' gender. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical approach throughout the research. To answer the research questions, the researcher applied a questionnaire about grade 12 students having the future skills on a sample of (31) principles of schools that have grade 12. The findings were as follows: Grade 12 students are having the future skills significantly from the point of view of the school principals. The gender variable has affected the extent of students having the future skills in favor of female students.At the end, the researcher has some recommendations for the professionals in the education field in the Sultanate of Oman.
