The study aimed to reveal the level of mental health during the distance learning period among A’Sharqiyah University students, and to verify the differences in mental health according to many variables: gender, school year, and specialization. The researchers followed the descriptive approach to answer the study questions, where the study sample consisted of 413 male and female students. Moreover, the mental health scale of Sayed Youssef was applied, where the validity and reliability of the scale were confirmed. The results of the study concluded that the level of mental health is “good” among the students, and the results also showed that there is no statistically significant relationship between mental health and the two variables (gender and academic year). However, there is a relationship between mental health and the variable (specialization) in favor of the humanities and literary disciplines.
