The study sample consisted of (282) teachers from the public schools. the researchers adopted the descriptive methodology, and the data was collected through a questionnaire consisted of (35) items. The findings revealed that the attitudes towards accelerating students reached an average of (4.1), meaning a high degree, with an average degree of (4.13) for their attitude towards accelerated students, and an average of (3.65) for their tendency towards applying it in Palestine. I also found several obstacles to be faced when applying it in Palestine. Such as special rooms for the gifted, the required funding, and increasing the number of applications in classes. The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the leading trends towards academic acceleration programs due to the variables of years of experience, specialization, and academic degree, and in light of the results presented by several experts for caring for and dealing with the gifted..
