The role of commitment to job ethics in improving administrative effectiveness in Palestinian industrial companies in Tulkarm Governorate

The study aimed to identify the role of commitment to job ethics in improving administrative effectiveness in Palestinian industrial companies in Tulkarm Governorate, according to the areas of (commitment to job regulations and laws, commitment to respecting job time, commitment to speed and job proficiency). To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive correlational approach was relied upon, using The questionnaire was distributed as a tool for the study to employees in the Palestinian industrial companies in Tulkarm Governorate, who numbered (657) male and female employees, using a non-probability purposive sample of (100) male and female employees. The statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze the study’s hypotheses and questions. The study reached the following conclusions: Several results, the most important of which are:
There is a positive direct correlation between the role of commitment to job ethics and improving administrative effectiveness in Palestinian industrial companies in Tulkarm Governorate. This means that the greater the role of commitment to job ethics (adherence to job regulations and laws, commitment to respecting job time, commitment to speed and job proficiency), the greater the improvement in effectiveness. Management in Palestinian industrial companies in Tulkarm Governorate. Based on these results, several recommendations were made, the most important of which are: Urging the management of Palestinian companies to commit to respecting functional laws and legislation as they are among the ethical dimensions and not to exceed them because they contribute to developing their administrative effectiveness. As well as activating the role of supervisory bodies over Palestinian companies and expanding their powers related to monitoring the commitment to respecting working time, and increasing employees’ awareness of the necessity of continuing to adhere to speed and job proficiency, which increases their ability to improve their performance and develop their skills in order to achieve the set goals.
