Abstract: The study aims to identify the evaluation of performance quality for teaching staff members' at University of Bakht Al-Ruda from their point of views, and if there are statistically significant differences between the means of the sample members due to the variables: gender (male, female), and academic rank (associate professor, assistant professor), The researcher used the descriptive Methodology. The sample consists of (68) teaching staff members' were randomly selected. The researcher prepared a questionnaire of evaluation of teaching performance quality for teaching staff members, the final version consists of (31) items which were divided into four main areas: (the teaching staff members' research and scientific outcomes, the social relationship with colleagues, the teaching staff members' professional and ethical obligation, and the teaching staff members' activities). Results: The degree of evaluation performance quality for teaching staff members' of the University of Bakht Al-Ruda was intermediate, and there were no significant differences in the means responses from teaching staff members' due to gender (male, female), and academic rank (associate professor, assistant professor), The study also arrives at numbers of recommendations, to provide the ICT devices for the effective teaching, and to provide good internet service and train the instructor how to use it.
