The level of organizational agility practice in the management of the College of Sports Sciences at Mutah University

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of organizational agility practice in the management of the College of Sports Sciences at Mutah University, as well as according to the study variables (department, years of experience), and the descriptive approach was used. Using a questionnaire consisting of (24) items distributed on five areas (regulations and instructions, planning, organization, joint responsibility, speed of response) as a tool for data collection. The results showed that all paragraphs of the level of organizational agility practice in the management of the College of Sports Sciences at Mutah University came at a high level, where the field of regulations and instructions ranked first, while the field of joint responsibility ranked second, the field of response speed ranked third, and the field of planning ranked fourth. And the field of organization is in the last rank, and there are no statistically significant differences for the paragraphs of the questionnaire due to the study variables (department, years of experience), The researchers recommended the need to enhance the positive aspects of the process of organizational agility, and to hold workshops to strengthen the areas of planning and organization in the management of the College of Sports Sciences.
