The results indicated that there was a statistically significant inverse relationship at the level (α = 0.05) between the level of teachers' employment of e-learning skills and the challenges they face. While the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the averages of teacher employment in e-learning due to the variables of gender and educational stage. The researchers recommended the necessity of adopting a strategy for employing e-learning, and working to raise the level of teachers' awareness of the skills of the twenty-first century.
