The degree of knowledge of the fourth-year students from the field 1 and field 2 at A'Sharqiyah University of E-Learning competencies. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was used, which was applied to (77) students/teachers from the field 1 and field 2 in the fourth year. Among the most prominent results of the study are the following: The arithmetic averages of the students'/teachers' responses about the degree of their knowledge of E-Learning competencies ranged between (2.68-1.08), with an evaluation degree between large and medium. The general average of E-Learning competencies domains was (2.03), which indicates a large degree of knowledge. And there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) in the degree of knowledge of E-Learning competencies between female students/teachers in the field 1 and field 2. Considering the findings of the study, it recommends informing students/teachers of e-learning competencies, empowering them, and encouraging them to practice them. The study suggests conducting other studies on the degree to which students/teachers apply e-learning competencies.
