The Role of "Mihnati" Project in Developing Creative Abilities and the Maturity of the Professional Direction among Students from their Point of View

This study aimed to investigating the role of the "Mihnati" project in developing creative abilities and the maturity of the professional direction among students from their point of view, the research sample consisted of (60) male and female students of the diploma majors that are taught according to the dual curriculum within “Mihnati” project at the university, a Questionnaire was applied, the results of the study showed a high degree in the level of career maturity orientation, and no significant differences in the level of maturity of the occupational direction due to gender. , while there were significant differences attributed to the cumulative average in favor of those with high grades. The results also showed a high degree of the role of the faculty member and the "Mihnati" curricula, while there were no significant differences for them according to gender and cumulative average. According to the research results, some recommendations was developed, including other programs of the “Mihnati” project at the university, continuous evaluation and follow-up of the outputs of “Mihnati” programs for development in line with the requirements of the 21th century and the needs of the market.
