This study aims to investigate the degree of upper basic school teachers' use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process, in the light of the code of ethics for teachers. The population of the study consisted of all male and female upper basic school teachers at schools located in Hebron. The study sample included (70) teachers. The study adopts the analytical descriptive approach, and data was collected using questionnaires. The study's findings show that: the total score for the questionnaire was rated (high), from the perspectives of sample member, as the overall mean is valued at (3.56), with a standard deviation of (.469); and no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) were found among sample members' opinion on the questionnaire's axes and total score, as regards the variables (gender – years of experience). The study presents several recommendations, most importantly the following: the need for compliance with the code of ethics for teachers in the use of software; the necessity of encouraging the fair and comprehensive use of artificial intelligence in education; and the necessity that policymakers support artificial intelligence in the development of education policies.
