Distribute them equally to an experimental sample (16) player and a control sample (16) players from Hizma club mini volleyball, and after data collection, the statistical package (SPSS) program was used to analyze the results. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) in the post-measurement on all adaptive, skills and technical abilities variables between the pre and post measurements of experimental group, in favor of the post measurement. The study also found that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) in the post-measurement between the control and experimental groups on all variables, namely, skill and technical abilities, in favor of the experimental group. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researcher is the necessity of applying coordination ability exercises to the mini volleyball player and school students to 11-12 year.
