The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic plans on the performance of workers in the Palestine Medical Complex, and to achieve the objectives of the study used the analytical descriptive approach, and the researchers relied on the questionnaire tool, where it was distributed to a random sample of (65) Employees and employees of the medical complex, as the researcher based on the strategic plans developed during the years 2014-2021, and the results showed an average degree of application of the dimensions of strategic planning in the Palestine Medical Complex and from the point of view of its employees, The percentage of answers (56.4%), and one of the most important findings of the two researchers was: the order of application of the dimensions of strategic planning at The Palestine Medical Complex was descended as follows (strategic plans are in line with its internal environment, strategic plans are compatible with the needs of the workers, the participation of workers in the development of strategic plans, The contribution of strategic planning to raising the efficiency of workers, with percentages (62.0%, 60.0%, 54.0%, 49.4%), all of which came in moderate degrees except after the contribution of strategic planning to raising the efficiency of workers and to a low degree, In light of this, the most important proposals for the researchers were: to enhance the participation of workers in the development of strategic plans for the complex as they were implementing the objectives and plans drawn up and with deeper knowledge of the details of the work.
