Ruling on the requirement of Quraishites in the Grand Imam in Islamic jurisprudence

The study concluded that the Qurashi is a condition of perfection in the imam, if he is present and qualified to lead, and is more capable of it than others. other than Al-Qurashi, rather he is more deserving of it; Taking into account the interests of the nation, and legitimate purposes.
