The study aimed to evaluate the role of the dashboard in improving strategic decision-making, an applied study from the point of view of employees at Al-Aqsa University in the Gaza Strip, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, The study population consisted of (141) employees working in administrative affairs, The comprehensive enumeration method was used due to the small size of the study population, The questionnaire was the main tool for data collection, The recovery rate was about (78%), and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, It was one of the most important results, There is a strong statistically significant correlation between the role of the dashboard and its dimensions (reports and statistics, deviations, ratios, alarm, tables and graphic representations) in improving strategic decision-making at Al-Aqsa University, And it was found that there is a weakness in the use of the dimensions of the dashboard at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza, where the relative weight of the approval reached (59.7%), Where it turned out that the practice of dashboard dimensions was moderately as follows: (Benefiting from the outputs of reports and statistics was (62.1%), while paying attention to warning signs of the possibility of problems at a rate of (60.4%), As well as reading and analyzing the outputs of tables and graphic representations and their use in decision-making at the university was (56.5%), On the other hand, the level of follow-up of the achievement indicators for work is 58.7%., It also became clear that the university takes its strategic decisions with a medium degree of efficiency, as the relative weight of approval reached (60.4%).
